VT Electron Acquired by Analog Devices

VT Electron, an innovative Irish Internet of Things (IoT) startup founded by alumnus Mark Bannon, has been acquired by US multinational Analog Devices. The company previously secured over $5 million from backers that include BVP, Colm Lyon (Realex Payments and Fire), and Patrick Joy (Suretank) and valued at €14 million in 2023.
