Where are you from and how did you get here?
Living in Dingle, Co. Kerry, I graduated with a BA in Media and Communications, and followed it with a Master’s in Public Relations. I spent eight years working with international brands in Zurich, Switzerland, before moving to Kerry, where I embarked on a 17-year career growing the Irish ice cream brand Murphys Ice Cream to seven locations here in Ireland and two flagship stores in China.
What is it about business and start-ups that so interests you?
In my current roles, I thrive on fostering innovation in Kerry, empowering communities, and connecting students and entrepreneurs with the resources they need to succeed.
When did you become involved with New Frontiers and what appealed about the role?
I started in January 2025. Coming from a small startup company, that grew nationwide and abroad, I am passionate about supporting new businesses and providing them with every opportunity to thrive. A strong networker, I believe we all need to work together to support and promote the entrepreneurial eco system in Ireland.
What do you feel are the qualities you bring to the role?
I’m open, helpful, and supportive. A good listener, communicator, and networker who will work tirelessly on behalf of the startup businesses.
