Some startup advice from the Web Summit

New-Frontiers-Web-Summit

Last week, at the Web Summit, I interviewed a variety of people about their businesses, about startups and about the tech industry in Ireland. We’ll be sharing these videos with you over the coming weeks, but here are two to get you started.

Interview with Robert Bushnell – Enterprise Ireland

Robert is Senior Development Advisor T.I.M.E software at Enterprise Ireland. He works with established telecoms, software and internet companies and was previously based in Europe, in the German-speaking and Nordic territories.

Interview with Andrew Kingston – GroupBooked

Andrew Kingston is currently a New Frontiers participant at IT Cork. Thejournal.ie has named GroupBooked as one of its five Irish startups from the Web Summit that “could be the Next Big Thing”. Andrew has said of New Frontiers: “We now understand why programmes such as this are often termed ‘accelerators’. The amount we have learned, and the experience we have gained, in this short space of time is amazing.”
