Frank Riedewald has just completed Phase 2 of the New Frontiers programme at IT Cork. His company, Composite Recycling, is one of only eight Irish SMEs to be awarded funding in the latest call for Phase 1 of the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, having developed a patented process for “whole tyre” recycling using molten zinc.
